Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
The order must meet the following conditions:

The order still contains all components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was delivered.

Normal use of the product is allowed, but damage caused by careless handling is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

The product was found to be defective upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
A return will be processed within 7 working days and — if all conditions are met — officially confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start the return process:

Photo of the product (in case of damage)

Customer’s address
We will then contact you and provide the correct return address.
Do not send your return to the sender’s address; we will send you the correct address once you contact us.
The costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract under the conditions described below, provided they are natural persons acting for purposes that are not primarily related to commercial or professional activities.
A. CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days, starting from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) receives the last item in your order.
As we work with a fully automated system, your order is processed immediately after it is placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process. A refund is only possible once the goods have been received back.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Regain Now) of your decision to withdraw from the contract via a clear statement (e.g., by email).
The withdrawal is complete only once we have received the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping in transit
Our products are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer delivery times that are beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. In that case, please wait until you receive your order and then return it. You may, however, notify us of your withdrawal in advance.
To ensure quick processing of your return, please send us a shipping confirmation once the package is sent.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs (and any additional costs incurred if you selected a different delivery method than our standard, lowest-cost option). This refund will be issued no later than 14 days after receiving both your withdrawal notice and the returned goods.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
